Outside the office, Paul enjoys life with his wife and their two children. He’s an avid music lover, trivia enthusiast, home renovator, and proudly supports the Maple Leafs and New England Patriots. His drive to stay sharp and grounded fuels his commitment to helping clients achieve the best possible outcomes.

With over 20 years of experience in both corporate law and wills and estates, Heather supports clients and counsel with incorporations, reorganizations, estate planning, and estate administration. She is known for being detail-focused, organized, and approachable, always striving to make legal processes easier for clients.

Outside the office, Heather enjoys home renovation projects and spending quality time with her family.

Shaelynn is a dedicated law clerk with a strong foundation in both corporate and real estate law. She supports the firm's busy real estate practice by managing residential and commercial purchases, sales, refinances, and title transfers with efficiency and precision.

Shaelynn holds a B.A. in Law with a minor in Psychology from Carleton University (2024) and graduated with distinction from the Law Clerk Diploma program at Algonquin College (2022). Her dual academic background and hands-on experience enable her to bring a sophisticated and practical approach to every transaction. Shaelynn is always ready to assist clients with warmth and professionalism.

Outside the office, Shaelynn enjoys spending quality time with her three children and being actively involved in their sports and school activities.
